SMS Terms of Service for Baltimore Pro Wash

1. Introduction
These SMS Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the text-messaging program operated by TerraTender Services LLC DBA Baltimore Pro Wash ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to receive automated text messages under the terms described below.

2. Definitions

  • "Informational Messages": Automated texts including appointment confirmations, reminders (24-hour and 1-hour before), technician on-the-way alerts, and job completion follow-ups.

  • "Promotional Messages": Occasional, limited-time discount offers and promotions.

  • "Service Platform": The A2P messaging service provided by Text Request.

3. Consent and Opt-In

  • Informational Consent: You must check the "informational messages" checkbox on our booking form to receive Informational Messages. Consent is a condition of service scheduling and may not be revoked for informational purposes without canceling service.

  • Promotional Consent: You may optionally check the "promotional messages" checkbox to receive Promotional Messages.

  • By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize Company to send you automated text messages via the Service Platform.

4. Message Frequency and Content

  • Informational Messages: Up to 4 messages per appointment (confirmation, two reminders, technician on-the-way, follow-up).

  • Promotional Messages: Up to 6 per calendar year (subject to change with notice).

  • Standard Rates: Msg & Data rates may apply according to your carrier plan.

5. Opt-Out and HELP

  • STOP: Reply "STOP" to any message to opt out of that category (Informational or Promotional). You will receive a final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. Informational opt-out may affect your scheduled service.

  • HELP: Reply "HELP" for instructions or contact customer support at mason@baltimoreprowash.com.

6. Data Usage and Privacy
Your personal data will be used and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy: https://www.baltimoreprowash.com/privacy. By participating in the SMS program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

  • We do not guarantee message delivery times or reliability of your carrier network.

  • We are not liable for any delays, failures, or costs incurred due to carrier outages or user equipment issues.

8. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised date at the top and notify you of material changes via SMS or on our Site. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
